I'm proud to be a part of FSA but feel that the atmosphere where I do my work (customer's offices) is semi-toxic. I get through it by being thankful that FSA gave me employment and pays me a somewhat decent wage for the challenging work that I do.

I feel fortunate to have a good job with a good company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it's fairly comparable to the rest of the industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager/her team is very attentive and responsive to my questions/needs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm talking about my co-workers at the customer site, not FSA co-workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I even have a good job in this uncertain climate.

I'm not micromanaged. I'm thankful to have a good job with a good company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We contribute to putting bad guys away, and help stop their criminal activity via forfeiture.

that my employer and the customer trusts me enough to allow me to work independently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that when I contact my manager, she gets back to me in a very timely manner, and she addresses my concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would either like help OR to be paid more, as I'm doing the job of multiple people but getting one salary and the cost of living is very high where I live.
