they are help full when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
nothing. they dont help you get a raise at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't give you a fair raise and they will blame it on the government but FSA can give us workers a raise if they want to.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to give us a better and fair raise. I have been here 5 years and still make as much as a mcdonald worker in california.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Give out better raise to employee who have commited to stay with the company. I have been here 5 years and make as much as a mcdonald worker in california. fsa need to treat there hourly worker more fair with raise increase and better vacation and sick hours.

I have been here 5 years and make as much as a mcdonald worker in california. fsa need to treat there hourly workers more fair with raise increase and better vacation and sick hours. We have a cap of two weeks of sick time and that does not roll over.my only raise is cost of living and not promotion
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no positive about this fsa culture because there is no long term future with this company. No good raise no good bonus no good perks. I have been here 3 yrs and only got $1 raise so this does not make me want to stay in this company long term. Good thing we work in a fed building
