My overall experience has been positive. Management is supportive and has your back. If there were any problems it has been with the customer. I wish we got more incentives and bonuses but we do receive raises every now and then. I'd recommend.

Being able to solve problems for our customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance is fairly cheap and even though I've never used EAP I'm glad it's offered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together. If you need someone to do something for you, they are usually happy to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that we are valued as contractors. Although we don't see the people from our actual company often, we collaborate and are still able to build professional and personal relationships
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very hands on and have your back. My manager is always in the loop and doesn't hesitate stepping in when there are issues between FSA and our customer. I always have someone to turn to.
