I was hired in a few years ago and really had no idea what I was getting into. Since then, I've learned a lot and had the opportunity to work with some great people.

When I started, I was entering a field in which I had no experience, but with the help of my colleagues and others I have become very proficient. I feel that I do my job well and provide good value to our customer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I personally like the 401K and insurance packages

The willingness of everyone to work together and help each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
The satisfaction upon completing a complex task is very gratifying to me.

They always seem cognizant of the needs of theirs employees while meeting the requirements of our customers

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses are nice, but there have been times when financial rewards are announced and there is no followup.

We've been doing it long enough to know a lot about the job, and we're all dedicated to getting it done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All my interactions with Corporate have been positive. To put it metaphorically, they seem to concentrate more on the carrots than the sticks.

The satisfaction that comes from completing a task successfully and well. It's always a good feeling when you've made a positive difference in your workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many of us have been in our positions for a long time and are therefore skilled and experienced. Team members are also quick to assist fellow staff as needed.
