The atmosphere is friendly among co-workers. The management seems genuinely concerned about the welfare and happiness of the team members. The job is challenging, but not stressful.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Generally satisfied with the work & my management team. Wish there were more monetary incentives. Very few opportunities to earn bonuses/rewards. Watched as gov't coworkers got gifts daily throughout Administrative Professionals week, while I got nothing from the company, and it was disheartening.
