It's a job. I have no motivation to do better and keep hoping things will get better. I am close to retirement, and it would be great to have the money to actually retire when the time comes. Overall, I like the people I work with but that is about it.
A more comprehensive yearly pay increase that falls in line with the cost of living for the area in which I live and work.
I think they want to help, but they really lack knowing what the job I do actually is so they fail to completely understand what is needed.
They are loyal and trustworthy. All are hard workers and respectful of one another and the customer. I am grateful to them and without them I would not be here today.
Other than dealing with HQ, the local office I work in is relaxed and flexible. The culture is professional but allows employees to feel comfortable and relaxed so they can perform their jobs adequately.
They do seem to try to work with the customer to help the employees satisfied. Other than not providing cost of living increases regularly, that is the only fault I can attribute to the leadership team.
I have a wonderful team of employees to supervise. They all can be trusted to do the right thing and get the job done so I don't have to worry about them and can concentrate on getting my work completed. We have active communication as well.
Better understanding of what each of the REA's, DA's and supervisors do on a daily basis. That would help the company gear their training and benefits to better suit their employees. Providing more opportunities for growth and advancement would be extremely helpful. Allowing employees to thrive.
More opportunities to grow and learn. Diversify positions so we can help the customers with more. Better pay and cost of living increases annually. Better understanding of each office and the needs for the customers so the REA's can be better equipped to help. Provide motivation to do better.
I have done research on other positions that are similar to mine, and they start out at $100k. I have 5 years of experience as a supervisor and even though I have earned praise and a raise in the last year, I still feel as if I could earn more.
I have never really felt that I was a good fit for the job I am in. I prefer to work in an environment that is more low key and peaceful with very little stress. I feel that the knowledge, skills and abilities I have are not utilized to their highest level, pay is not adequate for what I do daily.
