I have been around for quite some time and it has always been a please to work for FSA - I just wish that there was a retirement package, not just the 401K, I think that is why a lot of contractors move over to the federal side. I feel people over 20 years with FSA should have a retirement benefit..

That I always have plenty of work and that people appreciate all I do.

Again, I'm not sure which "team" this is referring to. Is this people in the office we work in or people specifically at FSA?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefit to be able to telework has been great. Since people telework different days and work different times, no two days are the same and it isn't like we are M-F for 8 hours a day with all the same people, over and over and over again.
