FSA Federal – This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They don't care about employees, don't offer any trainings or feedback, there is absolutely NO growth or future here. Management are micromanagers who don't actually help or train if there are a problem (and are never around for that matter). | Comparably

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Literally everything. Managing people, providing feedback, training, ever aspect of the job. There is no leadership.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If there was any real room for growth or if it was at a fair market rate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

This is the worst job I've ever had. There is no guidance, no support, no room for growth or upskilling.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything. Clear and effective leadership. Enough work to do that is valuable and not mind-numbingly boring. Integration with the government customer. Better benefits.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Again, there is such high turnover you barely know the coworkers. They are not experts at what they do, or particularly helpful. FSA could literally do anything (literally one thing) to foster a community spirit and sense of employee satisfaction.
