What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works pretty independently, and there is not a lot of "drama" here in this office.
What makes you most happy at work?
it's challenging, and being able to complete and update my to-do list. And solving and/or completing more complex issues is always fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since we work across a range of agencies, it's always nice to meet up in person to be able to put a face to a name behind the email/phone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything seems standard, and in line with government offerings. As far as medical, there are usually 3 levels of coverage to choose from depending on what a person needs at that point in their life, which not all companies offer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have always shared news and goals of company. they have also often visited offices, including new managers and leaders in the past. They have also been open and honest about the contracting process, and sometimes asked for employee feedback on our priorities/viewpoints.
