My overall expereince with the company has been very positive. It's been a rewarding experience working in a supportive environment that values teamwork, learning, and innovation. The only negative aspect is the difficulty in maintaining a work-life balance due to the commute, 5 days a week.

I feel happiest when I am learning new skills and growing with my company. Receiving appreciation for my work and knowing that I add value to the team keep me motivated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since telework was discontinued, I've been commuting for more than an hour and 30 minutes each way. The long travel time has significantly affected my work-life balance. I would appreciate it if flexible work hours or remote work options could be reconsidered to support better productivity.
