While my tenure with FSA is short, I see the direct similarities with the subcontractor I came from. I've enjoyed my experience with both. We can work individually, but collaborate efficiently as needed. That flexibility is key to a great team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the lower rates among health and dental insurance, as well as the inclusion of vision at no cost.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that there is a trust in us to accomplish the goal from our managers, but support from them as needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the feeling of collaboration with coworkers and the customer we serve. Blending those entities and knowing that I can contribute to the greater good are definitely positives.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like it when I can complete my work ahead of the deadline. There is a sense of accomplishment in knowing that I am doing my part, and with timeliness.
