I have a good experience but would deff want to see some changes. The client is not always fair to us contractors. Perks are always being taken away, while were supposedly # 1 in the country and prove our hard work. There is no steps and raises which could be a bit hard considering how hard we work.

Everyone is willing to work together and see each other succeed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
FSA doesn't always stick up to the client and adhere to our issues and concerns

They all do a good job at working together and getting work done. We all help each other out and step in when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should feel acknowledged for our hard work and some sort of steps should be implemented. The client also takes away many perks that we would all benefit from.
