The overall experience is good. I think FSA could do a better job sticking up for its workers when it comes to make up time as our benefits are not as good as government workers. Leniency and flexibility are positives and will help keep workers happy. Especially when there is no more telework.

Matching half of the 401k and minimal copay on annual doctors appointments

They allow us to get our jobs done with minimal distractions and we can go to them with any concerns.

My coworkers get along really well and communicate when we have questions about our work to come to a resolution.

The people I work with directly and the government workers within our office are kind and want to work well with or team.

The challenges make me think and help me further my knowledge of the subject matter and coming in and working with my coworkers and government workers within this office.
