We have some good things like flexibility on working time, remote working, freedom to express our selves without concerns on retaliation, safety is really first...
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is balanced and diverse, I have people with different backgrounds and skills, including people with no previous nuclear history, people with nuclear pedigree, with technical background, commercial background, customer management background... This enrich discussions and support growing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Dedicate more time to the team, better communicate, take care of the people. Promote and recognize diversity more than just gender, race...Evolve to adapt to the new times, we can not continue working like 30 years ago, we need to move out of old nuclear paradigms and become a modern company.
