On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

in Africa going to work everyday and working on the deals we do means that we are helping improve access to electrcity for our people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in high inflation countries the company seems to be making forex gains on the employee salaries. Portions of salaries should be pegged to the company functional currency
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currency risk is real in a lot of the markets we work in the company hegdes its income against this but Employee compensation continues to loose value over time with no real effort to adjust
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation today does not take into account the forex/ Inflation challenges we face as employees. If our compensation can be bench marked against the Dollar it would help reduce the volatility we see month on month
