We are crossing a hard time and our company is reorganizing and reducing manpower every year. This scenerion create overload in the people who are kept into our organization and make difficult to focus in all our customer interest. Sometime during the year we can not keep quality and fast works

I see my yearly performance undervalued. My effort is not compensated so it is difficult to keep the motivation 100% and reset every year is hard
