Good but can be away better, company needs to invest more in talents, talents are not people we like, they are people who make the difference...these people are important and should be valued even if they are support/shared services

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
anyone would like to get a win-win situation, if I'm making/saving money for the company in MM$ it is not fair to keep me paid as someone who's not. also, it is not fair that people from the same band get like nearly double pay (same sub band) while they have extra responsibility
