On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

separation was announced 3 days before I joined, so I had already quit my previous job. I knew coming into corporate my time would be limited. however I have lucky enough to join the SMO and help build out Vernova Corporate. Hopefully it turns into something permanent. As I do enjoy GE.

Love working at GE Vernova, but still uncertain about position long term, since it was a corporate stand up role. the uncertainty has me uneasy. Would love to be a part of Vernova for the rest of my career.

I get to make a positive impact in peoples lives, as well as work with great people.

my team is very collaborative, and trying to change our processes for the better and just not stick with "thats always how its been done" mentality

my leader provides a positive environment for our team and coaches rather than hands on manager. Lets us do what we do best without always looking over our shoulder.
