I started loving this company and extremely proud to work in it. Then gradually that excitement and proudness went down as I see more talk than actual work in regard to caring about the actual employees. Company is extremely driven by profit and KPIs that sometimes hurt the customer and employees.

Need to balance FPC reduction with actual demand, team moral, talent growth and actual working hours of the team.
