On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy working here. I worked for another GE Company in early 2000 and the quality of the coworkers, the work and executive transparency/access was top notch there like now. I think there is a level of excellence ingrained in GE and I am excited to see how Vernova carries the baton forward.

Being able to make life easier for the teams I support. Their delight in knowing someone has their back is very rewarding.

The team seems to be making an effort to be transparent and accessible. I like the frequency of our AEM's and HR All Hands.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have such a wide variety of skill and talent here it makes our bench very deep. I love that we are global and that I get to work with teams from all countries.

There is such an openness and celebration of all of our 140 countries and all the things that make them special. I love the many employee features and regional business news that celebrates all that we are doing to bring energy and technology to the masses.
