On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

for the past 3 years GE has focused on the seperation for the 3 companies and made it their top priority, to the point that they forgot their employees. GE should focus now on their resources as they have been neglected for too long! we don't feel appreciated nor recognized.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my workmates. We all look alike and that's what helped my during my time in GE. Other than that, I'd have left earlier.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Benefits & compensation should be reviewed. I can't see a future of me going forward in my career path as my manager doesn't support me in this.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation should be reviewed as it's at it's worst! I talked a lot with my manager, but no one listens or cares. I am ranked at the lowest package in my country in GE.
