Open to suggestions, they don't openly judge and appear to be fair and collaborative
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel HR (who i think provide the guidance) have their finger on the pulse with regards to market rate for certain roles. It takes a resignation to provide a wake up call.
