GEH is a great place to work, leadership supports team work and problem solving. It is a healthy working environment to tackle difficult problems and grow together. The company is growing fast and there is a TON of work to be done, it is tough to keep up with the challenges but success is rewarding
What makes you most happy at work?
The work we do is meaningful and impactful. I am happy to be doing something that supports clean nuclear energy and supporting our customers success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is focused on growing the company and supporting employees to produce great results. Leadership team at GEH value employee contributions and support the team through challenges.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a a diverse group with many areas of expertise and keep growing as the nuclear business picks up. It has been interesting working with the new individuals from competitors and customers that bring different experiences and skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
GEH fairly compensates employees with pay and benefits. The last couple of years hard work has been rewarded with bonus structure. Health benefits have been excellent and seen my family through tough times. GEH support structure and long term view on employment has been satisfying.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
GEH is a very supportive work culture. We are in this together and work to solve problems as a team. The leadership team works the problem and is good about not blaming or pressuring workers (I can not say the same for the utilities). It is an effective environment to achieve success.
