Establish a clear leadership vision within the team that promotes unity, facilitates growth, encourages collaboration, and demonstrates genuine interest in each team member. Most importantly, the leader must be actively involved in these efforts, rather than merely observing from the sidelines.

I've been developing a career plan aimed at pursuing internal positions within the company to advance my career and foster personal growth.
