I am very happy with my team and company. The C&B approach in Turkiye should improve urgently and respectfully treating the people about market observations. otherwise we will lose a lot of talents in Turkiye where the market is growing everyday.

leadership is supportive to improve business. With the help of Lean tools we are entitled to grow in our businesses and my leadership team is fully engaged..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would expect a fair treatment on the salary levels in Turkiye and I am expecting C&B teams to share more information and continue to monitor more carefully the market in Turkiye. My increase is cut this year by manager and C&B. Bonus is the lowest in the range. I expect a fair approach
