On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

We are family! You are truly not alone in our team because someone, somewhere in the world is there and has your back. Especially when the world appears upside down and full of uncertainty. We are there for each other, no matter what.

The culture is for you to learn and grow from all experiences. Leadership does empower us; mistakes are made but every experience is an opportunity to grown and learn at every stage of your career. You will always be challenged and from my perspective is a rare opportunity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusiveness, the respect and value we see and have for each other. I do not have to know you personally but if you call me or I just meet you and you are an employee ... you are a part of me. One team - one family and failure is not in our DNA,
