Overall positive, for the subject matter, the diversity, the achievements and the team work. But the frequent changing org. and initiatives, the heavy/lagging systems (e.g. finance), the over reliance on sheer effort from employees and the perception gaps between employees/management makes it taxing

Fulfilling and formative, with decades of loyal service. Currently at a bit of a plateau, in terms of agency and rewards. But excited about the industry demand and company financial prospects.
