GE is willing to listen and make progressive changes to continue to make the workplace more inclusive for people from all walks of life and backgrounds
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's been no salary increases in the last couple of years ... meaning those who stayed with GE may be a little behind peers who left for other opportunities elsewhere
