they work hard, they are willing to support

the technology hubs are good,

What are some of the best things about your team?

they are hard workers even if they lack training and knowhow

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

overworked, no resources are given to overcome the hurdles. getting worse service to our customers everyday

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

the power bonus is tied to a "manipulated" multiplier. no "real" salary increase based on performance (only minimum inflation adjustments) some benefits are getting worse.. e.g. higher premiums, less coverages, Master's degree reimbursements reduced.
