On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency in the initiatives that they are guiding us through is very admirable. I enjoy their drive to continuously include the company as a whole in announcements, presentations, trainings, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being willing to answer my questions makes me feel that they are invested in my growth and development. Onboarding within the last few months has provided many unknowns, but my team has been able to make it much more understandable.
