Overall GE is too big to be personal and creating an emotional connection. However in my small decentralized business I could build relationships, I have work to do that matters and feel I have my role to play.

pulling together and collaboration, I feel no hidden competition.

open, progressive, respectful, non-hierarchical whilst still having strict processes and procedures.
What makes you most happy at work?
making an impact on an individual and getting acknowledgement/personal appreciation for it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they act like ONE team, have high level of domain expertise and are still "down to earth" and approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
base salary, that gives me the daily security and clarity how much to count on at the end of the months.
