On April 2nd 2024, GE Vernova reached a historic milestone as it officially commenced operations as an independent company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company comtunues to squeeze every benefit. They just shut off, again, our employee award program. The pension was frozen last year,we are outsourcing recruiting and more.
