The commission we receive every month but it could be a lot better considering the type of amazing work that we all do especially as seniors

I love the people I work with every day, I love the leaders who run the company and I love my team & manager they make work enjoyable every day
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the best team with the best manager hands down. We have differnt cultures, different ideas, different back grounds, we all live in different states but we all work together in one common goal to provide an excellent product and excellent customer service. Funny, serious, fun, great team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have the best leaders from top to bottom in all departments. Our leadership values our opinion and trusts us to do the best job we can. The CCA dept is the best department of the whole company and we have an amazing company so that is saying a lot. Favorite company to work forever at.
