Awesome and that's no lie. It feels good to be here especially in this market, i would not want to be anywhere else. Our leads are exclusive. Even when mortgage applications go down nationally, our leads do not because they are not based on aggregate online leads. Ours are organic, portfolio leads.

It's based on units not volume.

It's hard to describe but all i can say is, it's a great dynamic. Super chill as long as you're doing your part, no one bugs you, no micro management.

It's a small group. it's almost a bit exclusive to be in this position. And everyone has a great attitude. I don't hear anyone being negative. People are comfortable and happy.

Not needing to worry about volume but instead units. In this market, it's tougher to close big loans. It's nice to know we can still make a lot based on units performance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that i can come in and not worry about leads. The phones always ring no matter how high the interest rates are. Very efficient underwriting and processing with a lot of new opportunities to originate loans. It really is awesome.
