When i started, I was changing career fields and was very nervous. The weeks of paid training and then supervised incubation period set me up for success. Even to this day, any questions i have are answered promptly and thoroughly. Management actually cares about me as a person and is there for me.

We encourage each other. Also whenever questions are asked everyone jumps in to help.

Plenty of vacation/sick time that doesn't take a year to accrue. requesting timetables are more than reasonable

I enjoy the scope of work I do. Underwriting is like a scavenger hunt, finding all the buried pieces of information to get them to YES!

They are engaged and approachable! When we have feedback, or idea's to make the job more efficient, they listen and either implement them or explain why its not feasible.
