Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued by management and do not feel that I am getting compensated fairly with the increased workload. The whole team feels under compensated. In the past few years, the company has grown significantly and the workload in returns has increased but our team pay is the same.

Throughout the years the company has grown as has our team's tasks and production. We do not get raises or even yearly evaluations which can lead to a raise. Raise is directly correlated with promotions and not much growth in certain departments. Majority of my team is searching for a 2nd jobs.
