I really love how genuine the team is. Every single person wants you to succeed. This is like night and day compared to previous jobs I've had in the past. Everyone is always positive and reassures you that they want you here long term.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How genuine they are. In pass positions I have been in situations if I needed assistance I had to wait for one person and that's not usually the case here. If it's something they know they reach out and supply you with that info. That I think is what I love the most !
