What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are the reason I gave my previous rating, the people are what drive Goodleap.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Any attempt at bringing up wages is met with indifference or is flatout ignored. What would make me feel better about compensation would be actionable steps to yearly raises that aren't only reliant on being promoted. If GL wants to retain employees, they should consider increasing wages.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Wages. Inflation in multiple states is at an all-time high, and people will be forced to leave if Goodleap doesn't offer competitive pay. When investors come into the office and parade around thanking employees for saving them millions/billions - how does that feel to someone making ~$23/hr?
