As stated previously, I love being a part of this company that has such big dreams and goals for humanity as a whole -- I just wish the management of the department I am a part of shared that same passion/joy I see from all-hands meetings and other departments. Management in my dept. needs change.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how passionate the leadership team is towards our mission/cause!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy how much our team likes to help one another out with different predicaments/scenarios we encounter with clients. We all share our strengths to others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy how the company as a whole celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and inclusion. The department I work in, however doesn't really honor the same mission that I feel the overall company would wish we'd all have. I love our all-hands meetings because they are just so inspiring!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the management in the department I work in likes to focus on our team's shortcomings a lot more than celebrating how differently we all execute our job well. They like to weekly play some recordings of our calls amongst our peers, but the management never plays their own.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the freedom GoodLeap has given me when working from home! What also brings me joy at work is when I am on a call with a customer and they mention I've been one of the more caring representatives they've spoken with! It brings me joy knowing my presence is making a difference here.
