It's been great. I have gotten so much better at what I do and have seen that reflected in my income. I owe a lot of it to the leadership and how great they are at their job.

That it has never been reduced

They know what they're doing, always follow through on their plans and keep promises.

Everyone for the most part has a positive attitude and are encouraging to one another.

The earning potential and the people I work around. One of the only places I've ever worked that I enjoy coming to everyday.

I can depend on it. These guys do whatever they need to in order to avoid cutting employees Comp which is usually the first to get hit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My experience everywhere else has been just being a number on a spreadsheet and a constant feeling of anxiety and pressure to perform. That doesn't happen here which actually helps me perform better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is there to work, but at the same time you can stil have a good time and never feel your being constantly monitored or micromanaged. The way an entire team will stop what they're doing to help someone who's stuck or struggling is pretty cool to see too.
