I have been very blessed to be here. The company is a wonderful place to work (not perfect). The challenges to produce are ongoing. Management does recognize there is currently a lack of balance between work and home life and does strive to compensate for the current imbalance

My department has a sense of fair play, respect, pitching in whenever needed and loyalty to one another

they are very clear on their personal goals and passions. Also clear on the company will work towards those goals
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k match is almost non existent. 3% of the employees contribution is less than standard for any company within the mortgage industry or employers in general. $100 contribution results in a $3.00 The standard contribution is to match dollar for dollar up to an employees contribution with a cap.
