The most positive thing about the culture and environment of our company is the desire of management for us to succeed. There are so many tools and trainings we have access too, on top of being able to ask others for help, and help is gladly and pleasantly given.

I think the thing that makes me the most happy is finding benefit for someone through a refinance that meets with their core needs. There's really nothing better than being able to talk to someone who is excited about being able to refinance and seeing the value in what we're doing.

I think the best thing is that we are all very close, and everyone is polite and respectful towards each other. I've never felt put down or belittled in any way shape or form by anyone. On the contrary, our team lifts each other up and helps everyone to be the best we can be.
