I really enjoy working here. I have taken on a lot of responsibility within my department as a Spanish Speaker and I enjoy the responsibility, but it does feel like I am doing my managers job most of the time. Employees would have an easier time if we hired managers from within.

I have alot more to offer to this company with the experience I have on how to improve over all flow and experiences but there doesnt seem to be an effective way to have that information considered and evaluated. When suggestions are made you dont feel like you are credited for the contribution

I love being able to work from home and still feel like i have a connection with my coworkers and our team does a good job of carrying that culture

our team has become very close and helpful to one another because we are lacking support from a new manager in our department. We are always there to answer each others question and support each other on calls.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people understand their loan terms and reach resolution on their questions. I also really enjoy catering to the Spanish Speaking customers and making sure they get the best customer service possible. Presenting them options to save money is also satisfying.
