Working with employees that have been here a long time is not the greatest. They expect CSPs to clean, file, make all of the tax pros phone calls, and remind them they have a client. The office I work at, a woman stays on her phone and the manager does too. Literally the worst tax company to work at
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
staying off their phone and youtube on the computers, actually doing their own campaign calls, and keeping track of their appts
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
staying off their phone, not being rude and snobby to employees, actually helping instead of propping their feet on a desk and talk on the phone constantly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a CSP, you keep the office running and clients set up with appts. CSPs do way too much to get paid as little as they do
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
a tax pro that has worked here for 20 years thinks she can cuss and yell at clients. but she gets mad when they dont want to see her anymore.
