Pay based on the skill level a tax pro is vs what tests they can pass

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Working with staff, improving relationships with employee's and customers and take some equity, diversity, access and inclusion training.

What are some of the best things about your team?

All the tax pros are professional, kind and helpful. In the past some tax pros would steal other tax pros clients but not on my team.

What do you like best about your company?

The clients.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Faster pace and more flexibility with the clients

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management needs to be more positive and personable.
