I have had an amazing experience with Malouf as a whole and will continue to recommend working here to others. I feel that Malouf isn't competitive enough in pay, and is not transparent with pay internally (pay of positions, raises, etc.), and that is already hurting the company.

Getting to make a genuine impact on individual lives, and collaborate with others at Malouf.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe Malouf pays well enough to retain top talent. I've seen too many amazing people leave, and will continue to see more and more leave as companies are paying more than Malouf is paying. And in most instances, the pay gap isn't close with other companies.
