What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health insurance benefits provided.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They get along fairly well and that creates a comfortable work environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Honestly, I'm not very familiar with the leadership team or what they do exactly - outside of the company activities. So I guess what I like best is that they put on some cool activities.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I am given a difficult task or major responsibility. It gives me a chance to really push myself and think outside the box. When that happens, the days fly by because I am totally engaged.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Responsibilities could be distributed more. Many people on my team are willing to help out but aren't given a chance to do more by our manager, so many people just coast since their help doesn't seem wanted.
