The work is fine and the people are more than adequate. The benefits are really good, but the management is poor and the opportunities for advancement are slim.

I'm not sure what is meant by leadership team. Like to whom are you referring?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that I work with. It feels like there's a genuine desire to both get the work done and form real connections with each other outside of work as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a diverse group of people that seemingly care about the job and each other. It makes the workplace more fun and I like that people care about the work that we're doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's zero communication from management. I've requested more communication multiple times and nothing has changed. I don't hear from them about things that I'm doing well or things that I need to improve on. However management does speak about me to other employees who then come back and tell me.
