I was able to learn new things but it is just the beginning. There is still more to learn and understand the company. When it first opened up, we were just learning basics but we got to grow as an amazing family. Even when we stumble some misunderstandings but certainly improved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are always trying to beat our records and finish the job when asked. And in the end we are always smiling knowing we completed a task.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With some of the leads, they would take action. They lead a helping hand even when they have so much in their plate. So we as a team could complete the work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It would be the friendship, even when a tiring day. We still have fun and enjoy each other's company. It makes the day faster and working to go smoothing when surrounded with the right people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing everyone, even when I would check everyone's tempatures. I always greet them with a GoodMorning, being positive is always key. If someone is having tough day, all you want to do is help them smile. No one likes working in a gloomy mood.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
So far, I have been with the company for a year now. I feel undervalued because when I would put my 110%, someone else would either be lacking off and I will always be willing to correct their wrongdoings. As a team we should help one another to finish a race.
