It's been good, lots have changed over the years which is good and bad. I miss the smaller company feel but I know growth is necessary to stay competitive. I have been treated pretty good though.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
their passion to grow the company. Also they are easy to approach.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They like to have fun and keep it light which makes it easy to come into work and they still get the work done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Malouf Foundation, I love that we like to give back to the community and people in need. I think Malouf tries to do that with their employees too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They say that I can grow financially in my position but in 2 years I haven't seen a raise but yet I'm told I'm hitting the mark and adapting to the many changes that are happening. I feel like I've hit the ceiling. It's hard to stay motivated with no idea if you'll be compensated for the work
